Eating and cooking is my love language. It’s my favorite way of sharing and expressing myself to others. As a child good food was always in abundance. My mom gave up a career in hospitality to be home with my little brother and I. She is a graduate of culinary school, so I was truly lucky to be surrounded by her creativity in the kitchen. Many days we spent together vibing to music, chopping, stirring, tasting, and even forcing me to do the dishes after all that fun. Naturally, I became drawn to the food and beverage industry. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and began working in fine dining immediately where I sharpened my own skills. Fast forward 7 years. Now I am zestfully serving those who are time scarce, famished, and seeking personalized food created with love. I was raised to embrace international cuisine and am invested in continuing education in Sports Nutrition and Plant Based cooking. I am happy to be a resource in your life that you can always reach out to for questions or concerns in the kitchen. When I’m not cooking you can find me on the road most likely heading to Sedona, or grabbing a Green Tea from my favorite spot, AJ’s Fine Foods and doing it all with my beautiful family of 5 and our red Chiweenie.
